Frequently Asked Questions
Payments are processed weekly (every Monday) via your preferred payment method. You can choose between bank transfer, PayPal, or mobile money. Minimum payout amount is $50. All payments are sent to the payment method you've set up in your seller dashboard.
We have a 30-day return policy. Customers can request returns within 30 days of delivery. As a seller, you are responsible for:
- Accepting returns for damaged or incorrect items
- Providing return shipping labels when applicable
- Processing refunds within 48 hours of receiving returned items
- Inspecting returned items before issuing refunds

Follow these best practices for better visibility:
- Use high-quality images (minimum 1000x1000 pixels)
- Write detailed product descriptions with keywords
- Set competitive prices
- Use all available product attributes
- Respond quickly to customer inquiries
- Maintain high seller ratings
For customer disputes, we recommend:
- Respond within 24 hours
- Communicate professionally and offer solutions
- Provide evidence (photos, tracking information)
- If unable to resolve, escalate to Brandzone support
- We mediate disputes within 3-5 business days
