Frequently Asked Questions

Payments are processed weekly (every Monday) via your preferred payment method. You can choose between bank transfer, PayPal, or mobile money. Minimum payout amount is $50. All payments are sent to the payment method you've set up in your seller dashboard.

We have a 30-day return policy. Customers can request returns within 30 days of delivery. As a seller, you are responsible for:

  • Accepting returns for damaged or incorrect items
  • Providing return shipping labels when applicable
  • Processing refunds within 48 hours of receiving returned items
  • Inspecting returned items before issuing refunds

Follow these best practices for better visibility:

  • Use high-quality images (minimum 1000x1000 pixels)
  • Write detailed product descriptions with keywords
  • Set competitive prices
  • Use all available product attributes
  • Respond quickly to customer inquiries
  • Maintain high seller ratings

For customer disputes, we recommend:

  1. Respond within 24 hours
  2. Communicate professionally and offer solutions
  3. Provide evidence (photos, tracking information)
  4. If unable to resolve, escalate to Brandzone support
  5. We mediate disputes within 3-5 business days
