Seller Terms & Conditions

Brandzone Marketplace ("Brandzone", "we", "us", or "our") provides an online platform that connects sellers with buyers. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you ("Seller", "you", or "your") and Brandzone.

By creating a seller account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

To register as a seller on Brandzone, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Have a valid business license (if required by your jurisdiction)
• Have a valid bank account or payment processor account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Brandzone reserves the right to verify your eligibility and may request additional documentation at any time.

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify Brandzone of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.3 Multiple Accounts

Each business entity or individual may maintain only one seller account unless expressly authorized by Brandzone in writing.

4.1 Listing Requirements

All product listings must:

• Accurately describe the product being sold
• Include clear, high-quality photographs
• Disclose any defects or limitations
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not infringe upon any third-party rights

4.2 Prohibited Content

Product listings must not contain:

• False or misleading information
• Contact information or links to external websites
• Promotional content for other marketplaces
• Adult, offensive, or inappropriate content

4.3 Product Moderation

Brandzone reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any product listing that violates these Terms or Brandzone policies.

5.1 Pricing Responsibility

You are solely responsible for setting prices for your products. Prices must include all applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.

5.2 Commission Fees

Brandzone charges a commission on each sale as outlined in our Fees & Commission Schedule . Commission rates may vary by product category.

5.3 Payment Processing

Brandzone handles payment processing for all transactions. Payments to sellers are made according to our payout schedule, typically within 7-14 days after order delivery confirmation.

5.4 Tax Responsibilities

You are responsible for collecting, reporting, and remitting any taxes applicable to your sales. Brandzone may provide tax documentation for informational purposes but does not provide tax advice.

6.1 Shipping Requirements

You agree to:

• Ship orders within the timeframe specified in your listing
• Provide valid tracking information for all shipments
• Use appropriate packaging to prevent damage
• Comply with all shipping regulations

6.2 Delivery Standards

Orders must be delivered within the estimated delivery time provided to customers. Failure to meet delivery standards may result in penalties.

6.3 Shipping Costs

You are responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed with the customer. Shipping costs must be clearly disclosed in your listings.

7.1 Return Policy

You must accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or not as described. The standard return period is 30 days from delivery.

7.2 Refund Processing

Upon receiving a returned item, you must issue a refund within 48 hours. Brandzone may issue refunds on your behalf and deduct the amount from your account balance.

7.3 Restocking Fees

Restocking fees may only be charged for returns that are not due to seller error. Any restocking fees must be clearly disclosed in your return policy.

The following items are strictly prohibited from being sold on Brandzone:

Brandzone reserves the right to determine whether specific items are prohibited. Violation of prohibited items policy may result in immediate account suspension.

9.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you create and upload to Brandzone. By uploading content, you grant Brandzone a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute your content on the platform.

9.2 Brandzone Intellectual Property

All Brandzone trademarks, logos, and platform technology are owned by Brandzone and may not be used without express written permission.

9.3 Copyright Infringement

You may only upload content that you own or have permission to use. Brandzone respects intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices.

10.1 Seller Liability

You are solely responsible for your products, listings, and customer interactions. Brandzone acts as a platform provider and is not responsible for seller-customer disputes.

10.2 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brandzone from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10.3 Limitation of Liability

Brandzone's liability to you for any claim is limited to the total commission fees paid by you in the six months preceding the claim.

11.1 Termination by Seller

You may terminate your seller account at any time by providing 30 days written notice. Outstanding obligations must be fulfilled before account closure.

11.2 Termination by Brandzone

Brandzone may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, you must remove all product listings, and Brandzone will pay any outstanding earnings minus applicable fees and chargebacks.

Brandzone reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
